Refund & Reurn Policy

At FB4I Classes, we are committed to providing a quality educational experience for our students. Our refund and return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Please review the following terms:

1. Course Fees Refund: If a student withdraws from a course before the commencement date, a 20% refund of the course fee will be provided.
No refund will be granted once the course has commenced.

2. Material and Kit Return: If a student withdraws before the commencement date and has received study materials or kits, these must be returned in unused and original condition to qualify for a refund.
Once the course has commenced, study materials and kits are non-returnable.

3. Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the return request.

4. Scholarship Adjustments: In the case of a student who received a scholarship, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the terms of the scholarship.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal: Requests for course cancellation or withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Administration Department.

Cancellation or withdrawal requests will only be considered if received before the commencement date of the course.

6. Special Circumstances: Refund requests due to special circumstances, such as medical reasons, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
